1.Product Overview & Core Standards
JUNW FXBW series composite suspension insulators are high-strength tension-support fittings complying with IEC 61109 international standards. Adopting high-strength epoxy fiberglass core rod and one-piece silicone rubber housing, they feature anti-pollution flashover, UV resistance, corrosion resistance and maintenance-free merits, specially designed for overhead line suspension and tension fixing scenarios.
2.FXBW 24/40 (24kV Class)
This model is for 24kV power systems with 40kN rated mechanical load. It has a 680mm minimum creepage distance, 440±15mm structure height and 282mm insulation distance. With 125kV lightning impulse withstand voltage and 55/80kV dry/wet power frequency withstand voltage, it fits small-to-medium tension sections of 24kV distribution networks.
3.FXBW 36/70 (36kV Class)
Tailored for 36kV high-voltage grids, it upgrades to 70kN rated mechanical load with enhanced insulation. It provides a 1220mm minimum creepage distance, 590±10mm structure height, 170kV dry lightning impulse withstand voltage and 70kV wet power frequency withstand voltage, adapting to heavy-load and high-pollution 36kV overhead lines.
