1.Product Overview & Core Standards
JUNW FPQ series composite pin insulators are high-performance overhead line insulators complying with IEC 61952 international standards. Adopting high-strength epoxy resin core and silicone rubber housing, they feature UV resistance, anti-pollution, corrosion resistance and maintenance-free advantages, widely used in medium-voltage overhead distribution networks to replace traditional ceramic insulators.
2.FPQ 24/10 (24kV Class)
This model is designed for 24kV power systems with 10kN rated mechanical failing load. It has a 760mm minimum creepage distance, 310±5mm structure height and 226mm insulation distance. With 125kV basic insulation level (BIL) and 60kV dry power frequency withstand voltage, it delivers stable insulation and mechanical support for 24kV overhead lines.
3.FPQ 36/10 (36kV Class)
Tailored for 36kV high-voltage grids, it keeps the 10kN rated mechanical load while upgrading insulation performance. It provides a 1080mm minimum creepage distance, 385±10mm overall height, 170kV dry lightning impulse withstand voltage and 70kV wet power frequency withstand voltage, meeting higher insulation requirements of 36kV overhead lines.

Lightweight and compact design enables quick installation without special tools. The one-piece silicone rubber structure ensures excellent sealing and anti-fouling performance, adapting to harsh outdoor environments.
