1. Core Product & Compliance
The JUNW IACM is a 36kV/50A manual-operated aerial disconnect switch, fully compliant with international standards including ISO 1461, IEC 62271-103, IEC 2271-1 and ST D60-L60. Engineered for 36kV medium-voltage overhead distribution systems, it delivers reliable line isolation and load breaking for grid maintenance, line segmenting and fault isolation.
2. Robust Structure & Environmental Durability
Constructed with hot-dip galvanized steel chassis and support brackets, it offers superior corrosion resistance and mechanical strength to withstand harsh outdoor conditions (rain, UV exposure, electrochemical corrosion). Fitted with 11 high-performance insulators, it achieves a 170kV lightning impulse withstand voltage and 1620mm creepage distance, ensuring long-term insulation reliability in extreme environments.
3. Safe Manual Operation & Electrical Performance
Designed for manual operation with an insulated handle and operating linkage, it enables safe, on-site line switching with enhanced operator safety. Key electrical ratings: 400A continuous rated current, 50A rated breaking current, 12.5kA 1s short-time withstand current, 31.5kA peak making current, 36kV rated voltage and 50Hz frequency, meeting the strict operational requirements of medium-voltage distribution networks.
4. Wide Application & Installation Flexibility
Ideal for outdoor overhead line installations, pole-mounted distribution systems and substation applications, it features a standardized, compact design (approx. 83kg weight) for easy pole mounting, streamlining on-site construction and grid retrofits, providing a safe, reliable isolation solution for utility and power engineering projects.
