JUNW IPC Series Insulation Piercing Connectors are professional-grade connection solutions engineered for power distribution networks, supporting stripping-free, hot-line installation for overhead and underground cables. Distinct from other series, they feature scenario-optimized single/dual-bolt housing designs, with specialized piercing blades for damage-free copper/aluminum cable connection. Torque-controlled nuts ensure consistent, reliable piercing pressure, while self-sealed housings deliver waterproof, anti-corrosion, UV-resistant performance, with 6kV insulation strength and 15kA impulse current capacity for harsh outdoor environments. They eliminate terminal boxes and junction boxes, cutting construction time and material costs, ideal for grid retrofits and industrial power systems.
2. Model-Specific Differentiation
IPC3.1: Compact single-bolt design, 16–95mm² main line / 10–25mm² branch line, 1 bolt. Slim, lightweight housing tailored for small-load residential and light commercial distribution tapping.
IPC3.2: Medium-duty single-bolt structure, 50–95mm² main line / 25–50mm² branch line, 1 bolt. Reinforced housing for commercial and light industrial medium-load cable branching.
IPC3.3: Large main-line single-bolt model, 120–185mm² main line / 10–70mm² branch line, 1 bolt. Oversized housing for grid trunk line tapping, supporting large-diameter main cables with flexible branch loads.
IPC3.4: Heavy-duty dual-bolt design, 70–185mm² main/branch line, 2 bolts. Robust dual-bolt housing for high-current industrial and grid main-line equal-section connections, ensuring extreme load stability.
